5.2. To report a violation, the rights holder must provide detailed information, including a description of the protected work, proof of ownership, and the location where the infringing content is published.
6.1. If a violation is confirmed, the content will be removed, and additional measures may be taken, including suspension or deletion of the infringing user's account.
6.2. In cases of repeated or serious violations, legal measures may be taken to safeguard intellectual property rights.
